The ground of this process
A living cosmology
of embodied presence.
My work is grounded in a deeply considered attitude toward the world: That the universe
is alive and relational in nature; that rest & pleasure, sensation & silence
are essential to the journey itself; that there are will always be more questions than answers;
that the body is both sacred and wise.
Each act of presence, each moment of embodied awareness, is a way we live
into its mystery and contribute to its beauty.
What I provide is capacity, clarity, and the ability to meaningfully support you in materializing
your desired future. Our work together is less about arriving somewhere final
than about becoming more fully available to what is already here, already moving,
already whole.
Many of my clients find me because they're at the edge of something real:
drawn toward something deep, ready to take the next steps, and in need of an
approach that recognizes the fullness and complexity of an embodied human life.
My story
This practice grew
from lived experience.
In 2010 I fled the corporate world with no idea as to what I'd do next, but knowing,
deep in my heart, that there must be something more.
Not long after,
I experienced a shattering awakening. The life
I'd known collapsed in the face of something blinding, and electric, and relentless. What followed was
a decade of discovering how to live within the resulting spaciousness: the endless walks, the solitude,
the stumbling development of a softer way of being with and creating in the world.
It may be that when we no longer know what to do
we have come to our real work.
— Thomas Berry
Gradually, a new articulation took root: that the body is not a doorway
to something beyond it but is itself a sacred foundation; that the universe is alive
and relational in its nature; that creation is an ongoing reciprocal partnership;
that in trusting this we can learn how to engage and create from a place of greater clarity and depth.
Your own path will of course be unique to you, but I can say with confidence that
the journey is worth it, and that often all we need is the right sort of support.
I've owed my own life to those who helped me see what I couldn't, and today it's
my honor to offer the same.
Training & background
Experience matters.
Credentials help.
In addition to fifteen years of lived contemplative practice, I hold dual
master's degrees in Transpersonal Psychology and Jungian & Archetypal
Psychology, with years of supplementary training in somatic therapies,
coaching, bereavement counseling, and spiritual accompaniment.
I'm also an independent film producer and studio co-founder, prior to which
I'd served as CEO of Zaadz, Inc. and Director at Gaiam / Gaia.com. I left the corporate
world in answer to a nascent creative calling. This history informs a certain care and
attention to choices that might seem on the surface illogical, and to the wisdom of a deeper within.
From the work
What this looks like.
Your journey will of course be unique to you, but below are three real stories of what the process looks like in practical terms:
A mother came to me wanting help re-entering the workforce. She'd taken time off
to raise her family, and wasn't sure if she wanted to return to work as a technical writer or to go back to school in social work. We started exploring both options, but it wasn't long before her true vocation became clear. She'd been raised in a cult-like religious community, and for years had been carrying a memoir that demanded to be completed. Her former job and social work ambitions both pointed to that work, but weren't themselves the real thing.
We focused on what was. By the time we finished, she had a completed manuscript, an editor, and was reaching out to agents.
A man came to me in the aftermath of an experience that had broken him open late in life.
He'd had a successful career working in industrial safety, but something fundamental had shifted
and he could no longer make himself fit inside it. What emerged, at first slowly and then all at once,
was a vocation he hadn't known he was carrying: a deep kinship with trees, and a calling
to teach others how to work with them.
He left his old career. He now teaches workshops
on honorable tree felling and holds an adjunct university position. He is deeply happy.
A working artist and musician came to me feeling caught between the client work that paid
her bills and the larger creative vision she kept deferring. She had created a profoundly moving interactive
audio-visual show but couldn't give herself permission to treat it as her real work. We worked not only on that permission, but on the practical steps needed to build a life around it. By the end of our time together, she'd secured multiple overseas artist residencies, and booked additional paid engagements at high-end retreat centers.
She's since grown beyond even that dream, and is expanding her practice into directing.
I don't know where our work will lead. But I trust the process of slowing
down enough, and listening deeply enough, to hear what's actually asking to emerge, and working from there to realize it.
The engagement
A spacious container
for gentle expansion.
Powerful & gentle one-on-one work, rooted in the deep wisdom of the body and the understanding that something greater is working through us.
We journey through a three-month engagement, structured enough to provide
meaningful support and spacious enough for what takes time to arise. We meet
biweekly for 60–75 minutes — six sessions over the arc of our time together.
This rhythm is intentional. It gives you time to integrate between sessions,
to notice what arises, and to build something lasting and real. Throughout you have
access to me via email or voice note for questions, reflections, or moments
when you desire additional support.
Phase one
Recognizing & honoring
Where you are now, fully, honestly, with curiosity and compassion. What is already present. What is already true.
Phase two
Listening for what wants to emerge
Attending to what is already moving beneath the surface. Following its intelligence rather than imposing a direction.
Phase three
Creating new structures
Building what supports your unfolding, specifically and practically, so that what has opened has somewhere to live.
$4,500
Full three-month engagement · payment in full or two installments
